Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

To support the growth of care management billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Cycle Management will design and scale a high-performing RCM platform for independent primary care practices, focusing on revenue integrity and leveraging AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and optimization of the care management billing business line, ensuring accurate documentation, coding, and reimbursement
• Build and lead vendor partnerships to enhance RCM functions that improve revenue performance for primary care practices
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of billing, coding, and collections specialists while designing scalable workflows and controls

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in billing/coding for internal medicine, family medicine, or Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)
• Direct experience with care management billing and primary care revenue cycle management, with CPC certification preferred
• Deep knowledge of revenue integrity best practices and regulatory compliance
• Experience in a strategic, product-minded leadership role that translates user needs into service and technology solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence financial outcomes using data
