Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Leading the revenue cycle and credentialing functions for a nationwide virtual cardiology organization, the full-time Director of Revenue Cycle Management will manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations, oversee provider credentialing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for the full revenue cycle, including charge capture, claim submission, denial management, and collections
• Lead and mentor the credentialing team, ensuring timely credentialing and payer enrollment across all states of operation
• Build and maintain reporting and analytics on denial trends, payer performance, and collection rates to drive operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing RCM operations and provider credentialing in multi-state, multi-payer environments
• Strong knowledge of government payer enrollment requirements and familiarity with credentialing platforms
• Excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
