Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

To support a growing revenue cycle team, the full-time Director of Revenue Cycle Management will oversee billing operations, manage performance metrics, and lead process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple billing teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely claims processing
• Review and analyze AR performance metrics to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement
• Serve as the primary contact for client leadership regarding RCM performance and operational issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, project management, or client service
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and coding processes
• Proven ability to manage billing systems and understand payer behavior
• Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development and process improvement
