Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Driving revenue cycle optimization, the full-time Director of Revenue Cycle Management will manage A/R processes, oversee claims management, and lead a team to enhance financial performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including denial research and aged AR prioritization
• Oversee claim processing and vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Architect and refine standard operating procedures for billing, coding, and cash posting workflows

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or related roles, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of RCM processes, including billing, claims, and collections
• Proven ability to analyze RCM data and implement data-driven solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and driving efficiency in RCM
• Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM/support software, and EHR/RCM management tools
