Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Owning the full revenue cycle end-to-end, the full-time Director of Revenue Cycle Management will lead the implementation of a new EHR, manage payer relationships, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee eligibility verification, charge capture, coding, claim submission, denial management, and patient billing processes
• Lead the configuration of Candid Health, establishing payer rules and monitoring data for accuracy
• Manage the transition to Healthie, ensuring seamless integration of clinical documentation and billing processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience in physician billing, not limited to facility/hospital billing
• Hands-on experience with modern billing platforms, preferably Candid Health
• Demonstrated involvement in EHR implementation or migration related to revenue cycle
• Fluency in CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and payer-specific billing requirements
