Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Director of Revenue Cycle Management will own and scale the revenue cycle management engine, focusing on payer contracting, billing accuracy, denials management, and reconciliation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the RevOps team, setting priorities and coaching on complex cases
• Negotiate payer contracts and ensure accurate contract terms are enforced across billing systems
• Establish and manage billing accuracy standards, ensuring claims submission and coding integrity

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including 2-3+ years in a management role
• Proven experience in payer contract negotiation and understanding of various payer types
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor collection rates and denial trends
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive collaborative outcomes
• Experience in a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes
