Job Summary

Leading the RCM project portfolio, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Cycle Management will set priorities, drive cross-functional transformation, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable financial and operational results in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a prioritized portfolio of active, planned, paused, and completed RCM projects, ensuring clear ownership and timelines
• Provide executive reporting on project progress, risks, and resource needs while escalating unresolved issues with recommendations
• Lead major RCM process and technology changes, ensuring projects meet requirements and deliver expected results post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, information systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare RCM, operations, consulting, or program management
• 5+ years of experience leading complex programs or cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle and payer reimbursement
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and communicate effectively with executives
