Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Billing Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle projects and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Redesign processes, implement new workflows, and monitor operational metrics
• Analyze trends, present solutions, and develop workflows related to claim lifecycles

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of revenue cycle experience or a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Analytics
• Experience in biotech or laboratory billing is strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of insurance reimbursement policies and compliance regulations
• Experience with data analysis, particularly using PowerBI, Google Suite, and Excel
• Ability to perform in-depth analysis of claims and denial trends
