Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team to design and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for various sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product vision and sales methodologies with enablement programs
  • Innovate and implement strategies to optimize performance across direct, channel, and partner sales teams
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue or sales enablement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling enablement programs for direct and channel sales
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech solutions, preferably in payments or AP automation
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and their integration into enablement programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
