Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute revenue enablement strategy to enhance sales productivity
  • Build and lead a high-performing enablement team focused on continuous learning
  • Manage field-facing deal support processes and develop training materials for sales teams


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, training, and/or operations
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs
  • Strong experience with sales tech stacks and enablement platforms
  • Deep understanding of enablement best practices and sales methodologies
