- Design and execute revenue enablement strategy to enhance sales productivity
- Build and lead a high-performing enablement team focused on continuous learning
- Manage field-facing deal support processes and develop training materials for sales teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, training, and/or operations
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs
- Strong experience with sales tech stacks and enablement platforms
- Deep understanding of enablement best practices and sales methodologies
