Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a multi-year revenue enablement strategy aligned to company growth goals
- Build and scale a high-impact enablement organization, coaching and developing a team
- Design and deliver role-based onboarding, training, certifications, and coaching programs
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Enablement, GTM Strategy, or similar roles
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior sales and GTM executives
- Demonstrated experience architecting scalable enablement frameworks across revenue teams
- Strong command of Salesforce and proficiency with modern revenue tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action
