Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute a multi-year revenue enablement strategy aligned to company growth goals
  • Build and scale a high-impact enablement organization, coaching and developing a team
  • Design and deliver role-based onboarding, training, certifications, and coaching programs
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Enablement, GTM Strategy, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior sales and GTM executives
  • Demonstrated experience architecting scalable enablement frameworks across revenue teams
  • Strong command of Salesforce and proficiency with modern revenue tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action
