Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global rollout of go-to-market initiatives and build scalable programs for local teams
- Own the onboarding experience for new revenue roles, establishing ramp milestones and productivity benchmarks
- Drive go-to-market enablement programs from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, or a sales-related role
- 3+ years of experience leading and scaling teams
