Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Enablement & Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global rollout of go-to-market initiatives and build scalable programs for local teams
  • Own the onboarding experience for new revenue roles, establishing ramp milestones and productivity benchmarks
  • Drive go-to-market enablement programs from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, or a sales-related role
  • 3+ years of experience leading and scaling teams
