Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement & Readiness who will drive performance across the revenue organization through strategic enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate go-to-market priorities into structured enablement programs across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Account Management
  • Own and evolve onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure role-based readiness
  • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of enablement initiatives to align with revenue goals and business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or GTM program roles
  • Experience building cross-functional onboarding and training programs
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and revenue team dynamics
  • Experience with LMS platforms and content hubs, such as Absorb and SharePoint
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and execution across diverse teams
