Job Summary

Leading the development of sales learning initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Enablement will design and manage enablement programs, facilitate training sessions, and partner with revenue leaders to enhance sales performance and drive measurable impact on revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage the full revenue enablement program portfolio, including onboarding and ongoing sales skills development
  • Collaborate with revenue leaders to identify skill gaps and create structured programs to address them
  • Facilitate training sessions and maintain the sales collateral library, ensuring materials are current and relevant
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in building and owning sales enablement programs for B2B organizations
  • Expertise in designing adult learning curricula that are practical and field-relevant
  • Strong partnership skills with revenue leadership to align enablement with business priorities
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences, from individual contributors to senior leaders
  • Experience designing measurement frameworks to track enablement outcomes related to sales performance
