Job Summary
Driving the enablement strategy for revenue-generating teams, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Enablement will develop and scale programs, frameworks, and resources to enhance performance across the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Defining and executing the company's revenue enablement vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Building enablement programs that support growth, retention, and evolving business priorities
- Creating role-based learning paths and continuous development programs that accelerate productivity
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Proven experience building and scaling enablement programs for revenue-generating teams
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer lifecycle best practices
- Experience developing onboarding programs and role-based development frameworks
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple functions
