Job Summary

Owning the design and operationalization of the go-to-market (GTM) system, the remote Director of Revenue Excellence will build and implement a signal-driven pipeline generation system while partnering closely with RevOps and Marketing to enhance field execution and leverage AI-driven workflows.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and operationalize the GTM system from inception to execution and adoption
  • Develop Revenue Enablement as a performance system to drive behavior change and measurable revenue outcomes
  • Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across various sales processes
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in building GTM systems and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation as a cohesive system
  • Experience in developing enablement programs tied to measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrated application of AI in sales workflows and processes
  • Ability to influence change effectively without formal authority
