Director of Revenue Integrity

Job Summary

Driving financial strength and compliance, the full-time Director of Revenue Integrity will oversee revenue cycle functions, optimize revenue, prevent leakage, and ensure compliant pricing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for revenue cycle functions, including charge capture and reconciliation
• Guide and analyze compliant pricing for services and support revenue-related process improvement initiatives
• Report and analyze revenue-related data to safeguard the integrity of the organization's revenue

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, with a focus on business or healthcare
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in coding, healthcare finance, or revenue cycle operations
• At least 2 years of experience in hospital and physician revenue integrity work
• 5-7 years of management experience with significant business impact
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financing, reimbursement mechanisms, and clinical documentation standards
