Director of Revenue Integrity

Job Summary

Leading revenue capture initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Integrity will provide strategic and operational leadership to optimize revenue processes across various services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enterprise Charge Description Master (CDM) governance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Establish revenue cycle reporting requirements and collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate billing and charge capture
• Oversee the performance of external vendors and coordinate annual audits to maintain charge accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or a related field
• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in revenue integrity, CDM management, or healthcare finance
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex initiatives
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle workflows
• Certification in healthcare revenue integrity or coding (e.g., CHRI, CPC, CCS) required within one year
