Director of Revenue Integrity

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction for Revenue Integrity functions, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Integrity will manage payer variance resolutions, oversee operational processes, and foster cross-functional leadership to enhance revenue cycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Payer Contracting to resolve reimbursement discrepancies and communicate findings to Client Success leaders
• Lead daily operations of Revenue Integrity, focusing on underpayment mitigation and process improvements through data analysis
• Develop interdepartmental relationships and oversee training for Revenue Integrity staff while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience
• At least seven years of experience in AR Management/Contract Management, preferably in Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, or Anesthesia
• A minimum of four years of leadership experience
• Global service delivery experience is required
• Knowledge of state, federal, and managed care regulatory guidelines
