Director of Revenue Integrity

Job Summary

To ensure accurate billing and compliance, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Integrity will oversee revenue integrity activities, manage charge capture processes, and collaborate with various departments to optimize reimbursement in a remote capacity, preferably from Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for the Revenue Integrity program, ensuring compliant billing practices and accurate charge capture
• Develops and implements auditing programs, analyzing revenue cycle performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborates with multiple departments to resolve reimbursement issues and enhance revenue integrity initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible healthcare revenue cycle experience
• At least three years of leadership experience in revenue cycle or related healthcare financial operations
• Demonstrated experience with Charge Description Master (CDM) management and revenue integrity auditing
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and healthcare reimbursement methodologies
