Director of Revenue Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Revenue Management & Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Revenue Management department, focusing on compliance, pricing, and revenue optimization
• Direct charge capture, reconciliation, pricing, and reimbursement practices while ensuring compliant billing and coding
• Oversee revenue-related reporting, analysis, and process improvements to support sustainable net revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Health Information Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Credentials such as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and/or COC are required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital health information, clinical coding, or revenue cycle management
• Expertise in identifying issues across revenue cycle and serving as a liaison between Operations and Finance
• Proven track record in leadership and management within fast-paced environments
