Director of Revenue Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Management, Continuum of Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the month-end close process and ensures accurate reporting related to patient accounts receivable valuation and net revenue analytics
• Collaborates with various finance teams to address concerns and support the annual budgeting process
• Manages financial accounting activities, including compliance reporting and financial transaction recording standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• EPIC Certifications preferred
• Seven years of experience in finance, with five years in a leadership role
• Experience with Home Health and/or Hospice revenue management is preferred
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and revenue management processes
