Director of Revenue Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Director, Revenue Management Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and analytical leadership to drive property revenues across a defined portfolio
• Analyze revenue management data to identify trends and support property leaders in achieving revenue goals
• Manage team activities and contribute to onboarding and performance evaluation of Revenue Managers

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related major with 6 years of relevant experience, or
• 4-year bachelor's degree in the same fields with 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate revenue strategies
• Experience in managing and developing teams within the revenue management domain
