Job Summary
Maximizing hotel revenue through strategic pricing and distribution, the full-time salaried Director of Revenue Management will oversee revenue management functions, guide team members, and implement effective sales strategies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel's revenue management and reservation team to formulate pricing strategies that increase market share
- Lead ownership and asset management relationships regarding commercial strategy in collaboration with the Director of Sales and General Manager
- Analyze revenue strategies monthly and communicate results to resort teams and ownership groups
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably as a Revenue Manager or Director
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Excel and related data management systems for at least 3 years
- Technical skills in managing hotel industry revenue management systems and related tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
