Job Summary
To support a growing mission-driven company, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Marketing will own the revenue marketing function, focusing on developing and executing account-based marketing strategies to acquire and engage high-value accounts in the water infrastructure sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive pipeline generation strategy to achieve top-of-the-funnel acquisition goals
- Design and manage account-based marketing programs targeting key developer accounts and influencer firms
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership on quarterly go-to-market planning and campaign execution
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on revenue or demand marketing in a multi-stakeholder sales environment
- Proven experience designing and executing ABM programs that generate measurable pipeline results
- Strong fluency in HubSpot and modern go-to-market systems, including lifecycle management and attribution frameworks
- Solid understanding of multi-touch attribution methodologies and marketing analytics
- Passion for sustainability and innovation in infrastructure development
