Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team aligned to revenue goals
• Partner with sales leadership to design and execute field marketing programs generating high-quality leads
• Own strategy and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns to achieve MQL targets and drive user acquisition

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 3-4 years in a management role
• Experience leading field marketing teams and building pipeline-generating campaigns
• Hands-on experience with digital demand generation campaigns and measurable results
• Fluency in revenue marketing metrics and sales terminology
• Understanding of PLG/self-serve motions and experience with ABM is a plus
