Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Director of Revenue Marketing, responsible for owning the revenue marketing strategy, optimizing funnel performance, and collaborating closely with Sales and other teams to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing demand generation and field marketing team, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and drive performance across the full lifecycle, including the development of demand generation strategies
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to implement effective messaging and lead nurturing programs that enhance conversion rates and maximize revenue outcomes
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of B2B demand generation/revenue marketing experience in a SaaS environment with a proven track record of measurable revenue outcomes
- At least 2 years of experience in people leadership and team management
- Strong understanding of the MarTech landscape and experience implementing various digital channels to drive outcomes
- Data-driven mindset with a commitment to experimenting and optimizing marketing programs
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining organization
