Job Summary
Data-driven and growth-focused, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Marketing will lead revenue marketing strategies, develop integrated demand-generation programs, and ensure alignment with corporate goals to accelerate pipeline performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue marketing strategies aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives
- Lead integrated demand-generation programs to create, accelerate, and convert pipeline opportunities
- Manage and mentor a team of revenue marketing professionals, fostering strategic thinking and a culture of accountability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS
- 5+ years in revenue marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing with a proven track record
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute revenue marketing plans that meet or exceed pipeline and ROI goals
