Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define revenue operating cadences and frameworks
• Own KPI design and reporting, driving actions from insights
• Lead a high-performing RevOps team, developing talent and promoting operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields
• 3+ years of people leadership experience or readiness to lead a team
• Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Hands-on experience with CRM administration and GTM tooling
• Analytical fluency with funnel metrics and data-driven decision making
