Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance productivity
  • Oversee revenue operations tech stack and refine lead-to-renew and quote-to-cash processes
  • Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team while ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance
Required Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on expertise with business systems like HubSpot, Gong, and Gainsight
  • Experience mentoring globally distributed teams and fostering a collaborative culture
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue analytics and sales performance tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
