Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue cycle performance
• Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including patient access, billing, and collections
• Track performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in optimizing revenue cycle operations
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and healthcare finance
• Certification in revenue cycle management (e.g., CRCR, CPCO) is highly desirable
