Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the contracts to cash revenue cycle function within their accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable management, including billing operations and collections activities
• Develop and implement billing and invoicing procedures to ensure accurate and timely customer billing
• Manage collections efforts to minimize delinquencies and optimize cash flow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in revenue operations or related roles with a focus on cash flow optimization
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and US GAAP revenue recognition principles
• Demonstrated leadership experience in developing high-performing teams
• Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
