Key Responsibilities

• Shape go-to-market strategies across various funnels while leading a team to innovate and adapt quickly
• Master and evolve HubSpot Enterprise for various operational needs and integrate AI solutions for enhanced efficiency
• Develop forecasting systems and provide insights to drive enrollments and optimize team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales/marketing operations, or demand generation
• Highly skilled with operational tech stacks, particularly HubSpot
• Experience in sales forecasting, marketing attribution, and revenue operations
• AI literacy to implement operational AI solutions effectively
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
