Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute revenue strategies and manage bookings planning processes
• Own data hygiene in CRM and provide insights into key performance metrics and trends
• Evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business operations, with 3+ years in a revenue operations leadership role
• Deep experience with revenue technologies and tools for scaling revenue teams
• Experience with mergers and integrations of operations
• Proficiency in CRM tools (specifically SFDC) and MS Excel
