Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to build and lead a world-class RevOps function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end revenue operations function, including CRM integrity, reporting and analytics, deal desk operations, and tool governance
  • Design and implement scalable processes to support a rapidly expanding GTM organization
  • Partner with various teams to ensure operational alignment and deliver proactive recommendations based on data trends
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years in revenue operations with hands-on ownership of systems and processes
  • Experience building RevOps functions in a fast-paced SaaS or equivalent environment
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and familiarity with various operational tools
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with structured thinking and collaborative problem-solving
