Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to oversee the orchestration of revenue processes across multiple teams to drive predictable revenue and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting across all GTM teams
• Design and optimize scalable GTM processes and workflows throughout the customer lifecycle
• Oversee GTM enablement including onboarding and training materials for new hires

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Revenue Operations leadership experience in B2B SaaS or payments
• Expertise in payments and acquiring revenue, including transaction-based revenue models
• Experience scaling organizations to 100+ employees or in high-growth environments
• Demonstrated success in leading annual planning cycles and GTM budgeting
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher required
