Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to lead and optimize their revenue engine across sales and customer success organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize revenue growth and customer retention initiatives
  • Design and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity across different sales workflows
  • Develop operational processes to enhance customer onboarding, engagement, and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related leadership roles
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, with administrator-level familiarity required
  • Experience supporting or operating within Customer Success organizations
