Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the CRO and executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end revenue forecasting methodology and improve forecast accuracy
  • Develop and maintain quota, coverage, and capacity models to align with growth plans
  • Partner with Finance to analyze client acquisition costs and optimize GTM processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations at a high-growth software/SaaS company
  • Experience in scaling companies from ~$20M ARR to $50M+ preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or MBA a plus)
  • Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and revenue predictability
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and revenue analytics
