Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, optimizing sales processes and productivity
- Oversee the design and administration of sales compensation plans and enhance pipeline visibility
- Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments
- Hands-on expertise with GTM and revenue systems, particularly HubSpot and similar tools
- Experience optimizing renewal rates and expansion revenue through data-driven improvements
- Strong analytical skills, including revenue analytics and forecasting
- Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred
