Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, optimizing sales processes and productivity
  • Oversee design and administration of sales compensation plans and enhance pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
  • Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Required Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments
  • Hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing GTM and revenue systems, particularly with HubSpot and related tools
  • Proven track record in optimizing renewal rates and expansion revenue through data-driven improvements
  • Experience leading and mentoring globally distributed teams in a collaborative culture
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
