Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing revenue operations team, providing coaching and direction
• Own and optimize GTM processes, including territory management and pipeline monitoring
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify gaps and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations or related GTM functions in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• 2-3 years of experience leading teams
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing operations teams
• Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and operational frameworks
• Deep understanding of GTM tooling and technology, such as Salesforce
