Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual and quarterly go-to-market planning, segmentation, and capacity modeling in partnership with Finance
  • Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting cadence, and operating rhythm across sales and customer success
  • Design and monitor coverage models for balanced capacity and opportunity
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, FP&A, or GTM Strategy in a SaaS or subscription business
  • Proven success leading planning and forecasting at the $100M+ ARR scale
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, reporting, and operational process design
  • Experience managing compensation plans, territories, and pipeline analytics
  • Strong executive presence and ability to partner with CRO, CFO, and functional leaders
