Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing, optimizing go-to-market strategies and sales processes
  • Own the revenue operations technology stack and enhance pipeline visibility through process improvement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing RevOps team, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
Required Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM and revenue systems, particularly HubSpot and related tools
  • Proven track record of optimizing renewal rates and expansion revenue through data-driven improvements
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams and fostering a collaborative culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
