Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to lead and optimize their go-to-market strategies as they scale into larger enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and evolve the Revenue Operations strategy, aligning processes and systems with company growth goals
- Lead deal desk processes and structure complex enterprise deals in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal
- Drive forecasting methodology and performance insights, defining KPIs across the revenue funnel
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Revenue Operations leadership or GTM Strategy experience, including 5+ years in people management
- Experience across SMB/mid-market and enterprise GTM motions
- Hands-on experience with variable compensation processes
- Strong deal desk and commercial operations experience
- Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce
