Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the operational cadence of the Sales organization, including forecasting and pipeline management
  • Serve as a primary operational partner across revenue-generating functions, aligning processes and eliminating bottlenecks
  • Lead and mentor a team of RevOps individual contributors while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function
  • 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing individual contributors
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including data architecture and process automation
  • Strong proficiency in BI and data tools for executive-level reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
