Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data reporting, forecasting, and governance systems across sales and marketing
- Oversee marketing performance metrics and lead lifecycle management in Marketo
- Establish sales process governance, including territory design and compensation plans
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Direct experience with multiple GTM motions (outbound, inbound, channel, PLG)
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
- Operational experience with Marketo or equivalent marketing automation tools
- Experience building forecasting methodologies from scratch
