Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data reporting, forecasting, and governance systems across sales and marketing
  • Oversee marketing performance metrics and lead lifecycle management in Marketo
  • Establish sales process governance, including territory design and compensation plans


Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Direct experience with multiple GTM motions (outbound, inbound, channel, PLG)
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
  • Operational experience with Marketo or equivalent marketing automation tools
  • Experience building forecasting methodologies from scratch
