Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to build and scale the RevOps function.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and own the RevOps function across systems, analytics, process, and enablement
- Own and optimize the GTM tech stack and ensure data integrity across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle
- Design and administer commission plans and incentive structures while driving cross-functional alignment
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Proven experience in building or scaling RevOps functions
- Deep CRM ownership, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience in running forecasting and pipeline analytics
- Familiarity with commissions tools and compensation design
