Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to build and scale the RevOps function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and own the RevOps function across systems, analytics, process, and enablement
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack and ensure data integrity across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle
  • Design and administer commission plans and incentive structures while driving cross-functional alignment
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven experience in building or scaling RevOps functions
  • Deep CRM ownership, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience in running forecasting and pipeline analytics
  • Familiarity with commissions tools and compensation design
