Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations, Systems & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Global Revenue Operations in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end enablement strategy, including onboarding and continuous learning for all GTM teams
  • Lead the strategic design and technical architecture of business systems, including billing technology and integrations


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a software business focused on Revenue Operations, Systems, or Enablement
  • Deep technical expertise in Business Systems, specifically Zuora (Billing) and Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Proven experience in building or managing GTM Enablement functions
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and business acumen
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Finance, Product, and Sales
