Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue strategy and GTM planning, collaborating with Finance on quota design and forecasting
- Manage and develop a high-impact RevOps team, fostering a data-driven culture
- Own the revenue forecast process and deliver predictive analytics to inform leadership decisions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- 5-6+ years in a people management role with a successful track record
- Deep expertise in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and the GTM tech stack
- Proven ability in revenue forecasting and executive-level reporting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus
