Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead strategy and execution for Professional Services and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary RevOps partner to Professional Services and Partnerships leadership, defining and operationalizing strategies for revenue growth
  • Establish forecasting frameworks and build visibility into key metrics for services and partner contributions
  • Design and optimize workflows for sales and services integration, ensuring early involvement of services in the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Direct experience supporting services as an attach/support function in a SaaS or tech business
  • Experience with complex partner ecosystems, including SIs, resellers, and tech alliances
  • Strong understanding of deal-based services models and partner motions
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, PSA, PRM, and BI tools
